During the year
the Iron Stench Traps mentioned the last annual Report have been receivedt from England and several of them have been fixed.
As anticipated they are liable to be chosed during heavy falls of rain, but on the other hand there are

Generally the drainage may be said to be in a fairly effecient state and sufficient with. carry off the sewerage of the City until a completely

The culvert under the Potifulum Road near Inland Lot ygy is found to be too small to carry off the torrent of water which comes down during heavy rains it is proposed to replace the existing 3 foot fulvart by a to foot one the Jonant having agreed to pay for that portion of the Culvert which inmediately adjoins his hot. A Culvert is also required between Raine Froud and Martiet Street, north of R: 2 Jant, hitherts this has been open Kullah causing considerable annoyance to the neighbourhood. With there two exceptions the work done under this Report and Estimate will be con. fined to the repair of existing drains.
