The Sceperintendent of the Bullion Office is requested to give in writing his reasons for removing from the Mint the records of bie Office being in direct violation of the Regulations of the Nint and. contrary to the rules of the service. He is also to state by what authority he prepared and submitted to the Colonial Office Tables of Statistics
