My opinion is that if passager
are provin d for Mr Davies and his family & England
he should
quit the Colony at once,
And unless he consents "bona-fide" & adopt this course I think the suspension from his office until the decision of the St of State is
known should be carried into effect - his letter is certainly not satisfactory
