Since the beginning of the year, the Harbour Department has issued special permits and documents including passes, whilst the total number of all sorts have been granted less than 2356 Licenses.
The receipts amounted to over $20,180, and the expenditure necessary for carrying out the details increased, which suffices to meet the requirements of the Ordinance.
