invite Your Grace's attention to the questions connected with the establishment of a suitable Civil Hospital here-
a subject on which will be found very full information in despatch No. 350 of the 10th Ultimo. It is not possible, without increased Hospital accommodation, to give effect to the provisions of the Contagious Diseases Ordinance which Her Majesty's Government have directed to be established for the protection of the Naval and Military Forces on this Station.
