pass to another view the question, extremely important, as it is clear from Your Grace's Despatch that öber Majesty's Government considers the Colonial Revenue has been steadily and ordinarily increasing so as to justify increased burthens. One great burthen besides the Military Contribution has been already put forward, namely the building, establishment and maintenance of the Mint - it's Machinery and Staff - and I observe that Your Grace admits the latter has entailed a heavy charge on the assets of the Colony and on its Annual Revenue.
