I have the honour to state, for the information of Your Grace, the action of myself and Executive Council, which I trust, under the circumstances, may meet with Your Grace's approval.

It is evident that the Scott House in Thoroughfare is out of repair and that the repairs ought to have been undertaken some time ago. I am directed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to submit for sanction a recommendation for the expenditure necessary for commencing the repairs before the beginning of the next Financial Year.
