Grace's attention to the 160 section of the Ordinance Incorporating the Company, by which section
the Company is bound not to
discount or advance money to any Director on Bill or other paper bearing the name of such Director singly or jointly with
any of his partners, to an amount exceeding one third of the amount for the time being under Discount or advanced by the Company.
