Mr. Pollard said "I deny that I am an officer of this Court.
Answer amended by the words "and bound as such to aid in the administration of Justice" for the words "and an officer of this Court,"
Mr. Pollard, Barrister at Law - being duly sworn, hereby certify this true transcript of the Record herein in the Supreme Court of Hong Kong.
The Chief Justice then proceeded to read his decision.
20 Mr. Pollard, Q.C., guilty of grave Contempts. Fined two hundred dollars, and suspension from practice for fourteen days - unless the fine be sooner paid.
Mr. Pollard asked the Court if it would now hear him.
The Court declined to hear Mr. Pollard.
Mr. Pollard then said "I will leave this without saying anything."
His Lordship ordered Mr. Pollard to sit down and the Court to be adjourned.
