With reference to a communication received from the Honorable Consul transmitting translation of a despatch received from Commodore Jones, R.N., detailing the circumstances in connection with a piracy stated to have been committed by Chung A-kwai and the release of 4 men of Ms. Grun from detention at the Village of Sun-Tien, the Viceroy has to forward herewith copy of the report on the subject which he has received.
