Adverting to my verbal report to His Excellency the Governor on the 4th instant, I have the honor to forward the particulars of the arrival on that day at 3.30. P.M. of the Junk "Nam-chong-hong" of 100 Tons, Crew 28 of 2,200 Piculs Capacity-
The left here in ballast and with 55 Passengers on the 27th Ultimo.
