Le Evidence however in this case being conclusive, and the Chief Justice having nothing to urge in favor of the Prisoner, it is unanimously Resolved that he be left for execution on Saturday, the 22nd Instant.
His Excellency next invites consideration of His Honor's Notes on the Trial of Lee Zui-Kong-hing, Cheong-Zin-Fook, Wong-a-bing, and Low-ende, who at the Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court held on the 27th were found guilty of Piracy and Murder, and endangering Life, and were sentenced to death.
There being no extenuating circumstances in the case, it is unanimously Resolved that the above four Prisoners be left for execution on Saturday, the 22nd proximo.
