I beg to forward a Requisition on the Crown Agents for the Colonies on form ... for an Engine and other Machinery which I propose should be ordered from England for Public Works here.
I enclose a letter from Mr Nydd, Overseer of the Pokfulum Reservoir Works, reporting on the Machinery which it is proposed to order.
There is, I think, but little doubt that a considerable saving both in time and labour ...
