extremely moderate, and I am happy to report that a suitable site has been set apart for the new Cemetery in the Wong Nei Cheong Valley adjoining the cemeteries of the Parsees and Europeans already situated.
After the lapse of a few years it is possible that the old "Cemetery may be resumed by Government for general purposes with the consent of the Mahomedan population and no doubt if so, the small expense incurred now by the Colony will be amply repaid. It is however well to have settled a question which did not bear further procrastination in a manner satisfactory to all parties concerned.
