a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong forwarding Ordinance No. 7 of 1867
"to amend the law of Partnership", and I am to request that you
will move the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade
to inform His Grace whether they see any reason why this
Ordinance should not
