Extent wrongly made;
as it is seen clear that
of any part of the house
is occupied exclusively for military purposes,
that part avowed be
properly exempt from
rate, which can only
be charged on
the Excess.
I have written to you that I have transmitted
your
Despatch & its enclosures
to the War Office, & drawn
the attention
of the State to the inconvenience pointed out in
your
letter
arising from the Time
when their exemption
was claimed.
