I am to state that Grave Concurs with Gord in thinking that the explanation he is able to furnish with regard to Che payments of the full salary of the wishes of the Supreme Court to Mr Harvey for the month of August is far from satisfactory, he would however under the circumstances represented recommend that it should be allowed.
It is Grace would also recommend, for their Lordships sanction the payment to Mr Harvey of $96...29 the underdrawn half salary of the same office from the 11th of November 1864 to the 25th of January 1865 at the rate upon which Mr Harvey was placed when he fell here.
