I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your despatch No. 291 of the 8th June reporting the arrival at Hong Kong of Mr. Guagh accompanied by the Sikhs and members of the Shill tribes, whom he has enlisted in India, for service in the Hong Kong Police Force.
