Gael would satisfy any
one that its sanitary
conditions are such as a
Chinese ever enjoys in his
own residence, whilst
the fact that there is
seldom one per cent
of the inmates in Hospital
is convincing proof that
the health of the prisoners
is successfully cared for.

subject from the Colonial Surgeon which I trust
