I beg to report as follows on Despatch No 3 from His Grace the Duke of Buckingham giving cover to copies of letters from the Crown-Agents and Mr Rawlinson: the subject of Valves required for the Pottfulum Reservoir Ports.
I have already explained in letter No 50 of 30th ult: copy of which was forwarded to the Secretary of State by the mail of the 14th that one of the Valves originally ordered is not required.
