I am instructed by His Excellency His Excellency Richard Graves Macdonnell to inform you that, on Saturday the 13th Instant, His Excellency brought to the notice of his Executive Council the circumstance connected with the recent incident at Scandal Point which resulted, on the 8th Instant, in the death of two and serious injury to seven Convicts.
