Is not an information as provided for by the Attorney General by 3 of 1865 on information distinguished from an indictment to statutory and subject to be dealt with according to practice rules is it not such Information Ausun. The Chief Justice by ignoring the lawful authority of His Excellency the Governor exercised under Section 41 of Ordinance 3 of 1865 has printed discussion on this head, though I have no doubt Mr Ball is prepared to satisfy the Chief Justice.
