It appears to me to be the best course to defer ordering their execution until the Agents state that discontinuance has been made early in consideration, but requesting immediate attention in the meantime.
I think that no further expense except the Ancillary Services can be necessary for 3 months certain with the expectation that the operations of the Mint in India will be stopped in the meantime.
