So enjoyable for the purpose of our vacation trip. The heat however during the months of August and September is always so very oppressive that I can hardly describe the exhaustion from which all persons suffer who are obliged to attend the Court at that period of the year.
In compliance therefore with the unanimous wish of the Legal Profession the above Ordinance was passed restoring the Period of the Vacation as it was originally fixed in 1858 as it is by Ordinance No. 3 of 1858. It is found that few Practitioners have the stamina to carry on longer than the 20th of August without relaxation.
