MATERIALS PARTICULARS LABOUR TO BE PURCHASED PLAN OR DESCRIPTION $ C. of sea sand 1400 MATERIALS TO BE ISSUED FROM STORES PORTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY CONTRACT On the resumption of Kowloon Marine Lot 4, 12 in 80 ft long : 26 was ordered in December last; the Lessees had full possession opposite, neglected to pay their Crown Rents, and having in Lot 4 at Concession, the Colony... A becomes necessary therefore for the construction of the sea wall, and reclaiming of the lots required to be filled by the Lessees, to be undertaken by the Government opposite in situ. In the case of Marine Lots 1 and 2, Marine Lot contract rate $14 has been reclaimed by the Tenant; the sea wall in front of filling has also been completed, and payment for the same is due to the Contractor. Marine Lot 26 is being reclaimed under departmentary Report and Estimate No. 2, 32 of 1886, at Contract rate $14. The erection of the sea wall however will be paid for under this Report and Estimate. Filling @ 7/11 Sea Wall opposite M Lot 1-12 is about half finished. The filling in has not however yet been commenced and must be at once taken in hand.
