This Report and Estimate is in support of services pertaining to Boundary which are annually required, but which are not strictly chargeable to any other item in the Colonial Estimate, being of an unforeseen and Miscellaneous Character.

It includes the formation and repair of Boundary Walls, fences and railings, the erection and repair of street sign Boards, lumbering and repair of Drainage, sign post, obelisk, piling, etc. Also the supply of Materials for marking lots about to be sold or to be built upon – Houses in Villages.

The repair of Heaps is also included under this head, also the numbering of Houses for Police and Lots.
