Encloses in his despatch the Reports Estencati for 184, 904 & 618 inclusive for which Votes have been taken, and supplementing appropriation estimates No. 19 & 20.
I am to recommend that Their Lordships should approve of all these Estimates & 19 & 20 on the condition that proper provision is made for the Expenditure.
