is advised to be part of the net profits of the

Bank and is also to be expressly precluded

by the Deed of Settlement.

Together the Directors are most

willing to adhere to the spirit of the

suggestions made by the Lords of the Treasury

with reference to the alterations which their

Lordships may undergo when they

are made.
