20.- The William John Squire,

2nd.-That he has been in the Service of the Colony for 4 years, 9 months, and 21 days, from 4th April, 1862, to the 24th January, 1867, inclusive.

3rd. That in the course of that Service he has been absent on leave on several occasions, at the dates and for the terms specified below, viz.:-

I hereby certify that Captain Durin has enjoyed good health within the last twelve months, is now suffering from the effects of this Climate and in my opinion requires to return to Europe for the restoration of his health.
