Diveese and Our nomination of the said George Smith requiring and by the Faith and Love whereby he is bound unto us said commanding the Most Reverend Fathers in God to ordain and consecrate the said George Smith to be Bishops of the said See and Diocese in manner accorded and diligently to do and perform all other things appertaining to his Office in this behalf with effect.
