was the only known relative of the deceased George McLaren. A declaration has been made by the said Memorialist in which the relationship of the said Mary McKie to the deceased is particularly set forth, and is produced herewith.

In these circumstances the Memorialist humbly prays that the Crown may be pleased to make over the residue of the estate of the said deceased George McLaren to the children of his sister, the Memorialists above mentioned, and authorise that the same may be paid to the Memorialist Charles Park for their use.
