In this sense Her Majesty's Government mean that whilst the number of troops assignable to each Station will be fixed by the Home Government, any movement of troops called for by the Government of the Colony, other than what comes in the way of ordinary relief or reinforcement at any station, shall be at the cost of the Colony, in addition to the annual contribution.

In this sense Her Majesty's Government assent to this proposal.

Finally, Her Majesty's Government entirely concur in the proposal that an Imperial Commissariat should at the earliest period be substituted for the Colonial Commissariat.
