Requirements of the Harrison have been ascertained and provided for, Lieutenant Hannal Pet is unable to acquiesce in the proposal made by Sir Richard G. Macdonnell in his despatch of 20th April last, No. 26, to appropriate the land south of the proposed new road as sites for Villas.
