the wall shown on the Plan of the mint,
is not laid out with a defensive trace and I am to suggest that the local authorities may be instructed to confer with the Commanding Royal
Engineer at the Station, and obtain from him a plan of a loopholed enclosure wall and
of a Building to afford accommodation for a Garrison of about 20 men.
