"We have now mists at Sydney, H. Kong and Melbourne. Specimens of query coin minted at there and any other Colonial mints ought to be kept at the Office.
It would, I think be useful that once in the year or at any much shorter period, the Officers in charge of each mint be instructed to send home a sample of the coin for comparison with the previous issue.
