Referring to Mr. Hunt's letter of the instant transmitting 2 Specimen dollars issued by the Mint of Hong Kong for my Report thereon as to their weight and fineness, and also Copies of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong, and of a letter from the Master of the Mint on the subject of the coinage of the dollar;
