They would also remark that the
16th Clause, relating to "Advances", does not appear to them sufficient to provide for the restriction laid down in the 10th Clause of the "Regulations and Conditions for the observance of which Provision should be made in Charter or Legislative Enactment relating to the incorporation of Banking Companies in the Colony", and
that there would be no
provision in the
ordinance similar to that in the 12th Clause
of
those Regulations.
Copy to Gov. to peruse & approve the Ordinance subject to the alterations herein suggested being made.
