My Lords would at the same time express
their concurrence
with the observations

the Governor in his letter of 7th instant, with
respect to remittances by Bills at six months'
sight.
My Lords would suggest that the
attention of
the Colonial Government should be drawn
to the necessity of
the Crown Agents being
at all times hurt in prosecuting
funds to meet demands such as
the one referred to.
They would suggest that the
Colonial Government should communicate
with the local authorities
and they will be prepared to issue instructions
to the Crown Agents to that effect.
