Corrected and formatted version in HTML as requested: - "bung ong Kong" is not a coherent phrase and seems to be a result of OCR error; it has been omitted as it doesn't form a sensible part of the text. - "CEIVED JULY 5 1866" appears to be a stamp or annotation and has been omitted as it is not part of the main letter. - "Number should be quoted. 10860/7/" is likely an instruction or annotation and has not been included in the main text as per the instructions. - "Juquersuar" is likely an OCR error for "undersigned" or a similar word, but given the context, it seems to be part of the signature block which is "Frederic Rogers" and thus corrected to reflect a plausible original text. - The original text has been formatted into paragraphs using `

`. - "No. 29 of 106b" has been corrected to "No. 29 of 1866" to make sense in the context. - "amornting" has been corrected to "amounting". - "Governing House" has been corrected to "Government House". - "$15 1500" has been corrected to "$1500". - "Cardwell" is assumed to be correct as it likely refers to Edward Cardwell, who was a British politician. - The page numbering has been preserved as per the instructions.
