The Lords Commissioners
of the Treasury
have had before them your letter of the 14 February last, and it's 1767/65 enclosures, relative to the notification by the Governor of Hong Kong on the 26th December last to regulate the Duty on Bullion at the Mint in the Colony,
and Their Lordships desire me to transmit to you, for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell, the enclosed copy of a letter upon the subject from the Master of the Mint, – dated 13th March
to state that my Lords concur in the observations.
