The Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury having had before Them your letter of the 12th Instant and its enclosures, Their Lordships desire to state, for the information of Mr. Secretary Cardwell, that They Concur in the terms of the despatch which he proposes to address to the Governor of Hong Kong respecting the Estimate 4.286/1866 for the removal of the Western Water House to a more convenient locality at an estimated Cost £87175.
