Enez will be allowed, and the Charges to the Port of embarkation in England will be disallowed.
As regards the charges for expenses of living at Hong Kong previous to the occupation of the Quarters provided for the Officers of the Regiment, their allowance should depend on the fact whether the Government undertook to provide furnished Quarters.
If such was not the case, the Charges should be disallowed.
