4. His Grace have recently received from the Directors of the P. & O. Steam Navigation Co. the Statement of which copy is inclosed representing the alarming increase of Piracy in the China Seas, and which tallying as it does with similar information that has reached His Grace from other quarters, appears to be well deserving the serious attention of all nations having intercourse with China.
