I am to enclose a copy of a letter from the Crown Agents stating the terms on which Mr. Themas Bydd, who has been recommended by Mr. Kantinen, is prepared to accept the appointment, together with a copy of the answer which Lord Camaroon proposes to make to their Lordships, with which I concur.
