Sir,
I have to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 27th instant. In reply, I have to state that the Coining Press manufactured in Paris by Messrs. Thonnelier for the Hong Kong Mint was shipped on the "Punjab" which left London in the month of January last.
The Crown Agents cannot allow that they are in any way responsible for the delay of which Graham Esqre, Master of the Royal Mint complains.
