The Postmaster General
of Hong Kong having made application to this Department to be furnished with office stamps, &c., for the use of the several British Packet China & Japan, Forwarding Agencies in Copies of his letters by post, as the Crown Agent for the Colony in London. I have informed the Colonial Postmaster General what has been done in this case, & requested him to address all such applications
