Notice will be given every month to the Government of the exact number of the Boys sent by the Magistrates residing in the Reformatory.

In order to avoid the expenses being too heavy the number of the boys sent by the magistrates will never be upward of 25, although in my opinion it will be very rare that we shall have such a number.
The expenses of half the boys sent by the Magistrates to the Reformatory at the rate of 2 Dollars per month each; and the expenses of the other half will be paid by the Poor Box.
