Goodlake was
called to the Bar at the
Inner Temple
in 1885 and has had
some Experience of Colonial Magisterial
duties as
Chief
Magistrate Falkland Islands. He proposes to leave
England by the
next mail
on 16th, and by a later
opportunity, I shall forward
the Warrant of this appointment.
Then authorised
the Colonial Agent to
advance
£100 on account of Salary.
