Countersigned by the Colonial Secretary, and it is further agreed and understood between Mr Victor Kresser on behalf of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Company and the Treasurer of Hong Kong on behalf of the Government, that all remittances made through a Bank in England on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong shall be made through the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Company, except in such cases where Her Majesty's Government in England shall specially direct that the said remittances shall be otherwise made than through any of the
