The Government of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Company.
Mr. Victor Kruper, Manager Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Company agrees to lend Her Majesty's Government of the Island of Hong Kong the Sum of Dollars 100,000 upon the following conditions -
A. Credit of Dollars 100,000 shall be opened for Six Months certain
